If you live in Hemel Hempstaed or other areas of Dacorum Borough Council and have a problem with any aspect of the council services , complain to the council and let us know the complaint date details and progress and we will place it on this site !! I don't expect any results though as your conservative Council is useless Email cctsts@ntlworld.com with details
